  • What are your opening hours?
    Our opening hours are from 1 pm to 2 am from Monday to Friday and from 12 pm to 2 am on Saturday and Sunday. The kitchen is open all day long until 1 am.
  • Do you take reservations?
    Sorry, but no! Neither for groups or special events. However, during peak hours we operate with a waiting list. If you want to know how to sign up, check the rules here. If you plan to attend with a group please read IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GROUPS.
  • Are you open today?
    We are open practically every day of the year! The holidays and closing days are published on our Facebook and Instagram profiles, so we recommend you keep an eye on those channels.
  • What is your telephone number?
    We do not have one! For any comments or questions that are not answered in this section, please send a direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
    The limit of people per table is 6 at El Pachuco and 16 at La Pachuca. If you plan to come in a group, we ask you to take into account that out of respect for the people waiting, we only assign seats in the restaurant to the people who are already there. This means that if the group is of 10 people and 1 person arrives, that person can enter alone but will not be assigned a table for 10. If 6 people arrive from a group of 10, only 6 will be assigned a table, and if the others arrive late, they will have to wait until the capacity of the place allows them to enter. There are a lot of people waiting to get in, and this is aimed at making the service more efficient for everyone. In short: Arrive early and arrive together!
  • I look for you on Glovo but you are not listed.
    If one of the restaurants is not listed perhaps we are overloaded with work and it is temporarily suspended, but most of the time it is Glovo's issue... It runs its own radius of range and increases or decreases it according to the demand. If this occurs, you have 4 options: 1: If you have ordered before and you know it reaches you, try to wait a while. Sometimes the restaurant reappears when Glovo gets out of its peak hours. If we have it disabled the app we will reactivate it as soon as possible. 2: Sometimes the app does not list the restaurants, but the desktop version does. 3: If you are trying with El Pachuco, try with La Pachuca, and vice versa! 4: Order an Express Delivery with Glovo, there is no distance limit there. But make sure to tell the courier that we only accept cash to avoid problems and delays! :)
  • I have a problem with a Glovo order
    Even when we work together, Glovo is an independent company and we do not have control over its processes. We are responsible for the product until it leaves our place, once it is in the hands of the courier it is Glovo's responsibility. If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact Glovo directly. If the problem is related to something we can take care of, we will be happy to help you through direct message on Facebook or Instagram .
  • Are there any vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
    All our food is gluten free as we cook only with corn. We have several vegetarian dishes, and others that we can adjust to be vegetarian or convert to vegan. Ask our staff! We would gladly help! Glovo has vegetarian and vegan options in dishes when it applies. Everyone is welcome here!
  • Can I see the menu?
    Sure you can! El Pachuco La Pachuca
  • Do you have a daily menu/menus for groups?
    No, we always operate with the same menu.
  • Do you welcome dogs?
    Yes, we love them! However, we do have some conditions for them to visit us. They must at all times be leashed, next to you, out of the way and behave well in the restaurant. Not barking. During peak hours if the dog is too big we cannot allow it to enter El Pachuco, due to the size of the restaurant, but we can at La Pachuca. We will be happy to welcome you both :)
